Feedback from customers
Great ideas begin with listening and we do this through workshops, in-service reviews, and meaningful dialogue. We take the time to understand user's needs, because good design starts with understanding people and their work with ergonomics. We then capture all feedback, positive and negative, although our target is to deliver over 80% satisfaction - and we consistently meet this.
