John Hargreaves has extensive design and consultancy experience. He brings deep expertise, integrating ergonomics and human factors into the engineering design process, contributing effectively as an independent consultant or part of multi-disciplinary teams. A strong socio-technical systems perspective with proven strengths in human-computer interaction and physical workspace design.
John is a highly skilled facilitator throughout the design life cycle, driving positive user perceptions and operational acceptance. John’s professional focus is als delivering practical, cost-effective solutions, enhancing user health, safety, comfort, and performance. As a natural facilitator of project goals, he places human needs at the centre of design challenges to achieve optimal solutions within project constraints.

Don Francis
Paul has extensive experience supporting UK public sector organisations, particularly in emergency services. He specialises in developing compelling, evidence-based business cases that enable investment in technology-driven change, workforce optimisation, and control room modernisation.
With a strong grounding in HM Treasury’s Five Case Model and a track record of delivering across complex, high-stakes environments, Paul helps organisations bridge the gap between operational needs and strategic funding approval.
