We also conduct a comprehensive market review to help you develop an informed procurement strategy. METHODOLOGY The ergonomics checklist used is based on industry standards, assessing over 20 ergonomic dimensions to determine the suitability of existing and proposed seating. This process ensures any new seating options selected for user testing provide appropriate adjustment ranges, support features, and build quality robust enough to meet warranty requirements. Once we identify and agree on suitable options, we can coordinate on-shift or focus group usability testing to engage staff directly in the evaluation process. REPORTING AND RECOMMENDATIONS Following testing, we will prepare a concise summary report with clear recommendations on the optimal mix of seating to meet your operational needs.
