John Hargreaves has over 15 years of experience supporting project teams with ergonomics design. His strengths include working with large user groups and providing effective briefings on the client's requirements to a technical team, and negotiate a solution within a multidiscipline team.
James Murphy has over 25 years experience of delivering human factors and design to the emergency services, rail, energy and utility sectors. His key strength is to blend and balance ergonomics and design to formulate workable and usable solutions that meet a client’s organisational objectives, budgets and timescales.
John is a qualified Industrial Design Engineer with a great understanding of how human factors can be preserved within the constraints of production or the building design process to meet a client's business aims and objectives. He is a member of the Chartered Society of Designers and a member of the British Association of Public Communications Officers.
James is competent and qualified In human factors, architecture, interior and furniture design. He is a registered member of the Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors and the Chartered Society of Designers. He provides strategic human factors advice and support to the company. He is currently providing human factors on HCI and alarm management issues with regards to a train control system for moving block signalling.
